As a dedicated attorney at Larson Skinner, PLLC, Valentina practices corporate and transactional law, with a focus on data licensing, software and service agreements, and MLS and brokerage forms drafting.
Prior to joining Larson Skinner, Valentina spent nearly a decade as in-house counsel in the real estate brokerage industry, advising on the development and launch of innovative real estate services and focusing her practice on regulatory and compliance, product counseling, and advertising and consumer protection laws. She began her career in commercial litigation at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP.
Valentina’s strategic approach serves her clients by achieving business objectives while mitigating risk and fostering growth and innovation in the real estate sector.
Valentina earned her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, Class of 2011 and is admitted to practice in New York. She lives in Brooklyn, NY with her daughter and their dog Lola.
